    Hey! It was nice being your speaking partner the other day. Yeah, you're right our stories do sound really similar. I love visiting Japan and I go almost every year so I feel like it would be really useful to learn it well. When I go on the subway by myself or go shopping sometimes I get embarrassed when I don't understand what somebody says. They can tell I'm a foreigner though so I usually use that excuse! haha
